This chicken stir-fry with broccoli is made with a savory sauce featuring soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and ginger, topped with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds for extra flavor.
2boneless skinless chicken breastscut into bite-sized pieces

1bunch broccolichopped into small florets, stem discarded
1teaspoontoasted sesame oil

Stir-Fry Sauce Ingredients:
2/3cupwater
1/3cupreduced-sodium soy sauce
3tablespoonsrice vinegar
2tablespoonscornstarch
2tablespoonshoney
2clovesgarlicpeeled and minced
1teaspoonground ginger
Instructions
To Make The Stir-Fry:
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and mostly cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce (see below).
Once the chicken is browned, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the broccoli. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3 minutes, until the broccoli is bright green.
Stir in the sauce and cook for 1 more minute until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the toasted sesame oil.
Serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
To Make the Sauce:
Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth and combined.
