Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of light almond milk I prefer Hiland or Silk Milk
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup of strawberries frozen is best, but fresh works too
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar-free Jell-O cheesecake mix powdered
  • 1 cup of ice you may only need half a cup if your strawberries are frozen

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve chilled and enjoy!
