Ingredients

cup
of Dulce de leche
2
cups
of Heavy cream
1
cup
of Whole milk
¼
teaspoon
of fine Sea salt
Instructions
Using a hand blender or stand mixer, blend the dulce de leche, milk, and salt until fully combined.
Gently mix in the heavy cream with a spatula (do not blend).
If desired, refrigerate the mixture for 1-2 hours before churning.
Stir the mixture and pour it into the ice cream maker bowl.
Churn the mixture for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Transfer the salted caramel ice cream to a container that is safe for the freezer.
Freeze the ice cream for 5-6 hours before serving.
Notes
If the dulce de leche is too thick, you can soften it by microwaving it for 20-25 seconds.
