Rocky Road Fluff Salad
Rocky Road Fluff Salad is a creamy, chocolatey dessert salad that brings the flavors of rocky road ice cream into a light, fluffy dish. With its mix of marshmallows, nuts, and chocolate, it’s the perfect treat for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 box 3.9 ounces instant chocolate fudge pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 container 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips plus extra for garnish
- ¾ cup diced almonds plus extra for garnish
- Marshmallow bits for garnish if desired
Instructions
- Whisk the pudding mix and milk together until fully dissolved and thickened. Gently fold in all of the Cool Whip.
- Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and almonds. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve topped with marshmallow bits, and extra mini chocolate chips and almonds. This recipe makes about 8 cups.
