Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed or from concentrate
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon orange zest
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • Optional: honey for extra sweetness

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add the vanilla Greek yogurt, orange juice, frozen mango chunks, frozen banana slices, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Pour in the milk and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, which should take about 1-2 minutes. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding honey if you wish. If the smoothie is too thick, incorporate more milk or orange juice to achieve your desired consistency; if it’s too thin, add more frozen fruit. Pour the Orange Creamsicle Smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnishing with a sprinkle of orange zest.

Notes

Using frozen fruits helps create a thicker, creamier smoothie, but you can opt for fresh fruits if you prefer. In that case, you may need to add ice cubes to the blender to achieve a similar texture and temperature.
