  • 1 cup of low-fat French vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice don’t forget to zest the lemon first!
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon zest
  • teaspoon of ground turmeric
