Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup ½ stick unsalted butter
  • ½ cup long-grain white rice not instant
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 teaspoons chicken Better Than Bouillon base
  • 4 garlic cloves minced

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt ¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter.
  • Once melted, add ½ cup long-grain white rice and stir until it turns a light golden color, about 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 ½ cups water and 2 teaspoons chicken Better Than Bouillon base, stirring until the bouillon has dissolved.
  • Then, add 4 minced garlic cloves and stir them into the mixture.
  • Cover the skillet and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender. Stir and serve immediately.
