Total Time 18 minutes mins
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon granulated onion
- 3/4 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon oil divided
- 3 tablespoons butter divided
- 7 cloves garlic minced (adjust to taste)
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
In a small bowl, whisk together the salt, granulated garlic, granulated onion, and paprika. Place the chicken in a separate bowl, drizzle with 1 teaspoon of oil, and toss with the seasoning mixture. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pieces are no longer pink in the center, about 7 to 8 minutes.
Push the chicken to one side of the skillet. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the empty side and let it melt. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, approximately 30 seconds. Pour in the cream and mix well. Move the chicken back to the center of the skillet, stirring to coat the pieces evenly in the sauce.
