Preheat the oven to 400°F. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, then set aside.
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, melted butter, Italian seasoning, parsley, and minced garlic. Set the mixture aside.
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken breasts and sear until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken breasts. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
Remove from the oven and spoon some of the buttery sauce from the skillet over the chicken before serving.
