- 2 pounds Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 pound Penne Pasta
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Place the chicken, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, butter, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning into a 6-quart crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred or chop it into large chunks.
Whisk the sauce remaining in the crock pot. Add the chicken back into the crock pot and stir in the uncooked pasta.
Cover and cook on high for 20 to 30 minutes, until the pasta is tender and thoroughly cooked.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, cover, and let it sit for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
