Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of Snow Crab clusters thawed if needed
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

  • Make a lengthwise slit in the shell of each crab leg.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until translucent. Stir in parsley, pepper, and salt, and continue heating until the mixture begins to bubble.
  • Add the crab legs to the skillet, tossing them to coat in the butter mixture. Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the crab legs are heated through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
