- 1 pound of Snow Crab clusters thawed if needed
- ¼ cup of butter
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 ½ teaspoons of dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon of salt
Make a lengthwise slit in the shell of each crab leg.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until translucent. Stir in parsley, pepper, and salt, and continue heating until the mixture begins to bubble.
