Chicken And Avocado Burritos
Chicken and Avocado Burritos are a flavorful and customizable meal packed with protein, healthy fats, and fresh ingredients. They’re perfect for any occasion, and you can easily adjust the ingredients to suit your dietary preferences.
- 4 burrito-sized grain-free or sprouted grain tortillas warmed
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large avocado diced
- 1 cup sharp raw cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño optional
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ cup salsa verde
- Greek yogurt chopped cilantro, and extra salsa for topping (optional)
Place the chicken, salsa verde, lime juice, and chopped jalapeño (if using) into the Instapot and pressure cook for 7–8 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the Instapot and shred it.
Assemble the burritos, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
