Ingredients
  

  • 1 1-pound package Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage
  • 1 20-ounce package refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • ¼ cup melted butter or margarine
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cut the sausage into ½-inch cubes. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until it is lightly browned. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
