- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces; 4 to 6 ounces each)

- 1 recipe or package of fajita seasoning mix taco seasoning can be used as an alternative
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
