Cajun Sausage Pasta
Cajun Sausage Pasta is a bold and flavorful dish that combines smoky sausage, spicy seasoning, and creamy pasta for a satisfying meal. With simple ingredients and easy steps, this dish offers both comfort and excitement in every bite.

- 14 oz of smoked sausage sliced into small pieces (I prefer jalapeno cheddar sausage)
- 12 oz of pasta I use Rotini
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set it aside.
In a medium skillet, add the sausage slices and cook over medium heat for about 5–8 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
Pour in the heavy cream and add the Cajun seasoning, stirring to combine.
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 4 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together to coat evenly.
Serve and enjoy!
