  • 1.5 Pound Beef Roast cut into 1 inch pieces
  • Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion diced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves

  • 12 oz Extra Wide Egg Noodles
